Can I return my order?
Yes! We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return by emailing us at mushroommuse.store@gmail.com.
We do not cover return shipping or exchange shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
We get it, we change our minds too! And while we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Can I exchange my item if I ordered the wrong size?
Certainly! If you need a different size, simply chat with us or email us at mushroommuse.store@gmail.com and we'll help you with the exchange process.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship to the following countries:

How do I wash and care for my T-shirt or Hoodie?
To keep your tshirt or hoodie looking as good as new, we recommend turning it inside out before machine washing it in cold water on a delicate cycle. Hang drying is the best option, but if you need to use a dryer, set it to a delicate cycle with low heat. The more you hang dry the longer it will last.
Who is responsible for Duties/Taxes on international order?
We have some shipping rates that cover duties in the rate listed at checkout. The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments unless it otherwise states it on that shipping rate. See checkout for details.
Can I change my address or products once I placed an order?
Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it or make changes.

What do you do for sustainability?
Besides using mostly organic cotton fabrics or recycled materials for our products, we only produce what is actually ordered. This way we keep our carbon footprint low and our earth happy.
