Apparel Exchange Policy 

We appreciate your business and want to ensure that your shopping experience with us meets your expectations. Please take a moment to review our policy below:

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products or services. However, we do allow exchanges on apparel items under specific conditions.


Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies) Exchanges

If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges are only permitted for size changes of the same item. If the desired size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Limited to one exchange per order—multiple exchanges on the same item are not permitted.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items with any signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.


Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service - mushroommuse.store@gmail.com - within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.


Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
